Every agent and landlord completes a live face check. It confirms there is a real, accountable person behind the account, not a faceless number you can never trace.

Identity verified before going live

Before a listing can go live, its agent or landlord verifies a government ID (driver's licence, international passport, voter's card, or NIN slip). That is what earns the Verified badge you see on every listing. The ID document and selfie are stored securely and used only to verify identity. Automatic listing checks

Recycled photos from another estate, prices that jump after you make contact, duplicate listings, our system catches these automatically so you do not have to.

Inspect before you pay
